JAL MIS Prepare is an internal Chrome extension for authorized users of Jupiter Aqua Lines Ltd. It automates MIS report preparation and Excel report generation/downloads within the JAL ERP environment.
1. Information We Access
To provide its core functionality, the extension may access and process information displayed on authorized JAL ERP pages at merp.in/jal/.
We do not intentionally collect: health information, payment/card information, location information, personal communications, general browsing history, or passwords/PINs.
2. How We Use Information
Information accessed by the extension is used only for its single purpose: automating MIS preparation and generating/downloading Excel reports for authorized JAL ERP users.
- Read relevant ERP page data required for MIS processing.
- Automate report-preparation steps within the JAL ERP environment.
- Generate or download Excel files required by the MIS workflow.
- Maintain temporary extension state and user-selected settings needed to complete the workflow.
3. Data Storage & Sharing
- Temporary extension state and processing data are stored locally in the user's browser where required for the extension's operation.
- The extension does not intentionally transmit the ERP data it processes to the extension developer or unrelated third-party servers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.
- Generated Excel files are downloaded to the user's computer through Chrome's download functionality.
4. Data Security
JAL MIS Prepare is designed to process information only as needed for its stated MIS automation purpose. Users should protect their JAL ERP account and computer and use the extension only in authorized environments.
The extension does not intentionally collect or store passwords or PINs.
5. Third-Party Services
The extension does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or data-broker services to process the ERP information handled by its core functionality.
6. Your Control
You can stop using the extension at any time. Extension-local data can be removed through Chrome's extension/site data controls or by removing the extension from the browser.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension's functionality or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
